CNC and Manual Lathes:

4 new CNC lathes, with up to 31" bar capacity and machining lengths to 47". Two of these machines have live tooling capabilities.

2 new Flatbed CNC Lathes with 5.5" and 7" spindle bores. Length of work piece up to 120". We are well set up for Down hole tool component production.

4 Manual Lathes with swing up to 26" and 90" work piece length.

Milling:

3 CNC machining centers with a milling stroke up to 84" and very large part capacity. Ideal for large bonnets,flanges and castings.

2 manual mills for small part runs.

Drilling:

Manual drilling up to 2" diameter and a 40" stroke. (Deep hole drilling up to 120" is also available)

Saw Cutting/Material Handling:

Automated saw cutting of bar up to 11" diameter and up to 2000 Lbs in weight. We have 10,000 Lb overhead lift capacity, fork lifts, jib cranes and many other material handling devices.

Secondary Processing:

Quantum Industries can also provide secondary part processes such as nitriding, carburizing, corrosion resistant coatings, heat treating, shot peening and hard facing.

Welding:

Working with our approved welding sub-contractor, we can provide turn key part production.
